Every one has secrets. Weather it be something big, or something small we all have them. Sometimes we have secrets that we keep for other people. Other times we have secrets that we keep for ourselves. And on occasion we have the secret that we keep to protect someone else from being hurt, because some times ignorance is bliss and if it doesn't have a direct positive effect on the future why open old wounds.

The worst kind of secrets are the ones you have from that "one night" where you weren't yourself, and weren't thinking clearly. The secrets of the mistakes made from a few misjudgments, irrational things we decide to do in the heat of the moment. Following decisions made on impulse instead of logic. Doing this makes us human, but we are so ashamed of it that we all hide it away. Trusting maybe a few to keep your secret. Secrets can be bad, but other times they can be good. It all depends on the circumstance.

So the next time you think of sharing a secret weather it be yours or anyone else's, think about what telling the people the secret will do. Would it only end up hurting someones feelings, or break apart a perfect couplet who would other wise be completely happy, Sometimes you just need to weigh your options before you make a decision that will make you unhappy.
